• Collaboration with the global marketing team and other professional staff to communicate and coordinate marketing initiatives/efforts/activities at the national level.
• Coordination of the development and the implementation of programs that improve brand awareness at the local market and assist professional staff to solidify relationships with clients as well as target companies (i.e. conferences, seminars, and events).
• Coordinating company’s Social Media Channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
• Coordination of website updates and maintenance procedures.
• Analysing, review and implementing changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines (SEO) to maximize the traffic to a site and improve page rank within search engines.
• Preparation of professional presentations and proposals/sales materials, while using global tools/templates and ensuring brand consistency.
• Preparation and production of POS (point of sales) materials, including brochures, price lists, roll-ups and others.
• Preparation of creative assets (web banners/ IT banners) for communication on web-portals and official website
• Event management (producing detailed proposals for events and event plans, preparation of budgets, supervision of event coordinators, post-event evaluation).
• Holding a Fund Raising Events (charity events) to fulfil company’s corporate social responsibility.
• Conducting client satisfaction surveys (quantitative and qualitative research), analysis and presentation of the results.
• Conducting market research as required - prospective clients, competitors and existing clients.
• Other responsibilities including but not limited to a full support in promo items procurement process, advertising development and placement, direct mail program management
