Specialist, Aircraft Interior Stock & Cleaning

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily replenishment of onboard stock and consumables according to established standards.
• Load and unload onboard inventory for all flights during morning or night shifts, depending on the roster.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, track usage, and report shortages in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of onboard materials in accordance with safety and hygiene requirements.
• Conduct basic cabin cleaning tasks when required, ensuring aircraft interiors remain presentable and ready for operation.
• Collaborate with Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of onboard supplies.
• Support inventory audits and assist in maintaining stock control documentation.
• Report any irregularities, damages, or issues related to onboard items or cabin preparation.

Qualification Requirements:

• Secondary or vocational education (higher education is an advantage).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar operational, warehouse, logistics, or cleaning-related role (experience in aviation or hospitality is an advantage).
• Ability to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and nights.
• Basic understanding of stock management, inventory control, or warehouse processes.
• Physical ability to lift and carry onboard supplies and equipment when required.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety rules, and cabin preparation standards.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various operational departments.
• Basic English proficiency (ability to understand simple operational instructions).
