We are looking for a Remote Sales Lead located in Almaty. The purpose of this position is to lead and manage the end-to-end lead generation process for the IQOS brand, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality leads that support acquisition and conversion targets. The role is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of lead generation strategies, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with market restrictions. This position will also collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance and achieve KPIs related to lead generation. Key Objectives:
• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns that effectively target IQOS potential users.
• Ensure a consistent and scalable pipeline of high-quality leads for conversion.
• Oversee lead management processes, tracking, and reporting to enhance conversion rates and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with ComOps, Digital, Marketing, CX teams to ensure the integration of lead generation within the broader consumer journey.
Your day to day:
1. Lead Generation Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy, leveraging multiple channels (digital, offline activations, and referral programs);
- Ensure campaigns are optimized to meet lead quality, volume, and cost-efficiency objectives;
2. Lead Management and Conversion Optimization
- Build and oversee processes for lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion;
- Regularly track and analyze performance data to adjust campaigns and improve conversion rates.
3. Budget Control and Cost Management
- Manage the lead generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives;
- Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring ROI targets are met.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with acquisition, retention, and marketing teams to ensure lead generation aligns with the broader consumer experience;
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness.
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all lead generation activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards in the restricted market environment;
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management.
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in any field (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred);
- Equivalent professional experience in lead generation, marketing, or business development can be considered in place of a specific degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales;
- Proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns and achieving acquisition targets;
- Strong knowledge of lead generation channels, tools, and analytics;
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes;
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies;
- Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills;
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
