KPMG is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Audit Department in Astana.
As part of a global network of professional services firms, we deliver independent verification of financial statements, ensuring they reflect true and fair results.

As a Supervisor in the Audit Department, your responsibilities will include:

Plan, perform, and complete audit engagements: Oversee and manage the audit process, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet regulatory standards.

Prepare audit documentation & client deliverables: Produce high-quality audit reports and documents, adhering to international standards.

Develop junior staff: Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to support the growth of less experienced team members.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- A minimum of 3 years of audit experience working with medium to large clients.
- Strong knowledge and experience applying IFRS, with solid technical expertise.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA (completed or near completion), or a Kazakh Audit License.
