Manufacturing Engineer (Fitting and mechanical integration)

Responsibilities:

• Participate to P-FMEA (risk assessment).
• Participate to validation of prototypes if any.
• Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications.
• Depending on the domain: perform ERP routings (SAP), Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, program for CNC machines. And this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions.
• Perform work stations task sequencing.
• Calculate precise Method Time.
• Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling.
• Support Production to achieve manufacturing quality targets.
• Participate to continuous improvement workshops.
• Contribute to industrial on manufacturing processes.

After serial Go:

• Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: documentation, workstation definition / update.
• Support Production to achieve manufacturing quality targets.

Other activities:

• Bring his expertise to the industrial Costing Manager during tender phase.
• Participates to Research & Development programs as industrial representative.
• Perform industrial on manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Technical Bachelor degree (mechanical, etc.).
• Experience in production is desirable.
• English, desirable.
