Обязанности:
- Creation of thematic training programs, presentations and tests using a digital platform, conducting thematic training in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and international standards ISO45001 and ISO14001, using modern educational learning technologies, including distance and e-learning;
- Accounting and planning of training in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and international standards ISO45001 and ISO14001, using a database and analytical tools for collecting, analyzing and interpreting training data;
- Conducting online testing (knowledge testing) with the preparation of protocols;
- Creation of an electronic library, database, magazines and other online resources for searching for up-to-date information and materials on occupational safety and health, industrial safety, international standards ISO45001 and ISO14001;
- Monitoring changes in legislation in the field of safety and labor protection, industrial safety and international standards ISO45001 and ISO14001, bringing training materials into line with the changes.
- Higher engineering or higher education in the direction of ‘Technosphere safety’;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a trainer in the field of HSSE.
- Advanced training in the profile of activity, national or international certificates in the field of OHS, industrial safety (NEBOSH, ISO45001, I and ISO14001, occupational risk management, incident analysis, risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.),
- Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages (written and oral format);

Should know:
- legislative and regulatory legal acts of the RK, methodological materials on issues of training and advanced training in the field of HSE at work, rules of admission to perform various types of work;
- procedure for development of plans for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel, curricula and programmes, basic principles of test development, other educational and methodological documentation in the field of HSE;
- methods for testing the knowledge of the results of mastering the training programme;
- rules and principles of designing modern training programmes, practical and interactive components.
- Term of employment for the duration of certain work;
- Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
