Position:
Project administrator (for the period of realization of the research project)
The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:
Administration of and support for research projects of the Institution.
Key and functional tasks
— performance of work on the implementation of the budget of scientific projects (preparation of budget applications and budgets, explanatory notes, implementation of the budget forecast, adjustment of budgets, etc.);
— monitoring the implementation of the project budget;
— preparation of information for drawing up a plan for the procurement of goods;
– preparation of documents for procurement of goods, works, and services for research projects (obtaining price quotes, preparation of technical specifications, preparation of documents for custom declaration, preparation of purchase requests, participation of acceptance of goods, preparation of acts of write-offs and return of damaged goods);
– administrative support of members of research projects (preparation of business trip orders, correspondence, etc.);
– preparation of agreements on services with individuals and legal entities. Monitoring of concluded agreements on timely execution of liabilities;
— preparation and execution of orders for the supply of goods, in accordance with the terms of framework agreements, as well as preparation and execution of documents when purchasing goods, works, services using a corporate card;
– preparation and timely submission of primary documents for payments and for bookkeeping to the accounting unit;
— participation in the organization and holding of scientific events (conferences, lectures, seminars, round tables).

Higher professional education, preferably in higher education institutions with instruction in English.

If you have a master's degree, no requirement for experience;
If you have a bachelor's degree or specialist's degree, at least 2 years in the relevant field.
