In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.
As an L&D Senior Specialist, you will:

Employee Assessment and Development:
- Designing and implementing employee evaluation approaches.
- Setting goals and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organizing mid-term and final assessment processes.
- Analyzing results, identifying growth areas, and creating individual development plans.

Training Program Organization:
- Planning and conducting training programs and webinars.
- Developing training concepts, selecting trainers and speakers.
- Identifying relevant topics based on employee needs analysis.

Learning Platform and Program Management:
- Administering online learning platforms.
- Providing technical support for training systems.
- Uploading and updating training materials.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collecting and analyzing feedback on training programs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and initiatives.
- Preparing reports and recommendations for improving learning processes.

Corporate Culture and Competency Development:
- Developing and implementing competency models.
- Creating mentorship and professional growth programs.
- Supporting employee development initiatives at an international level.

Collaboration with Leadership and Teams:
- Coordinating training initiatives across multiple countries.
- Communicating with top management regarding learning and development strategies.
- Ensuring training initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from participants to refine training programs, making necessary adjustments based on the insights received.
- Organizing Training Sessions: Prepare necessary materials and equipment for training sessions, and coordinate events to ensure successful execution.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with a focus on Performance Management and Goal Setting.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to process information, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive approach—ability to independently seek information, solve complex issues, and organize processes.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar).
- Expertise in employee assessment and development, including KPI implementation.
- Project management experience in goal-setting initiatives (e.g., PD Cycle).
- Strong understanding of SMART goal setting principles and evaluation processes.
- Ability to develop and implement assessment matrices to effectively measure employee performance.
- Are fluent in Russian and English; proficiency in Kazakh is a plus.
