Group leader for Purchasing in Kostanay/Руководитель группы по закупкам

Main Duties:

• determination and organization of placing orders on purchase, repair and maintenance of the necessary equipment to ensure the production process of the production line of Kia Qazaqstan plant;
• organization and control of the automotive components inventory process;
• planning and coordination of repair and maintenance of mobile boom lift as well as works of transportation trolleys which belong to Consolidation Center department, using for transportation of automotive parts and production processes support of the Plant.
• participation in forming of Consolidation Center budget and expenses control.

• Bachelor degree or Masters in management, economics or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of processes of purchasing, budgeting and inventory.
• Technological process knowledge of Consolidation Center.
• Knowledge of government regulations.

• English – solid intermediate or higher.

• Confident user of GCS and SAP system.

• Planning & Organizing competency.
• Process Improvement skill.
• Service and client oriented approach.
• High ethical standards.

Work conditions:

• the job is located at the client's operational site in Kostanay
• 5/2 work week schedule
