Media Outreach Specialist / Communication Specialist

About us:

We are an international team working with Tier-1 projects and top global digital media.
We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Media Communications Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be identifying and establishing contacts with media representatives and creating group chats for further communication, which will then be handled by your colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and establish connections with international media representatives through various channels (social media, emails, website contacts, etc.).

• Organize effective communication with media representatives to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

• Have the ability to reach even hard-to-contact individuals.

• Create and maintain group chats to streamline communication.

• Maintain a contact database, track communication effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.

What Matters to Us:

• 6 months of experience in outreach or PR (preferably with Digital media contacts).

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to find contact details using any available resources.

• Fluent English C1+ required.

• Excellent communication skills: ability to build business relationships and negotiate effectively.

• Ability to connect with people at different levels.

• Persistence in achieving results.

• Determination when working with hard-to-reach contacts.

• Proficiency in PC usage, including Excel for database management and reporting.

• Attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.

• Also ready to consider candidates without experience.

Experience in cold sales.
