In 2025, after analyzing the company's growth and forecasting future development, we are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates for marketing-focused roles (SEO specialists, SMM managers, email marketers, designers, performance marketers, and related positions).
  • Crafting detailed candidate profiles tailored to marketing roles.
  • Building specialized talent pipelines using targeted recruitment sources.
  • Utilizing diverse recruitment strategies to find top marketing professionals.
  • Managing candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Meeting hiring deadlines and ensuring timely position closures.
  • Initiating searches quickly to meet business needs.
  • Developing job descriptions, test assignments, and evaluation criteria for marketing hires.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to assess hiring data, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Proven experience in marketing recruitment
  • Fluent English (C1) – strong communication skills are essential.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive, able to work with urgency.
  • At least 3 years of active full-cycle recruitment experience in an international company or agency.
