Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and Telecom recruitment.
• Closely work with universities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or Telecom recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
