The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance Ardingly Astana LLP’s online presence, reputation, and engagement. This role involves budget planning, content creation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners, including vendors, media outlets, and influencers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting

· Develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan, aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.

· Plan and allocate budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and digital initiatives.

2. Implementation & Execution

· Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and audience engagement goals.

· Manage the content calendar for social media, website, email newsletters, and digital advertising.

· Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.

3. Performance Monitoring & Budget Review

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, audience engagement).

· Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track effectiveness.

· Review the budget based on performance data, making adjustments to optimize impact.

4. Content Creation & Management

· Develop and edit high-quality content (text, images, videos) for digital channels, ensuring a strong brand presence.

· Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academics, designers, videographers) and external partners (media, influencers, agencies) to produce compelling content.

· Create content in English, Kazakh, and Russian for website updates, newsletters, social media, and press releases.

5. Campaign & Delivery Assessment

· Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.

· Evaluate the performance of internal teams and external contributors (copywriters, videographers, agencies).

· Report findings and recommend improvements to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.

6. Coordination & Process Management

· Coordinate digital marketing activities across departments to ensure consistency and alignment.

· Work closely with external stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and vendors to enhance digital reach.

· Manage relationships with advertising platforms and third-party service providers.

7. Social Media & Website Management

· Oversee the management and monitoring of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

· Ensure timely responses to comments and inquiries within two working hours to maintain active engagement.

· Regularly update and optimize the website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO compliance, and user experience enhancement.

8. Community Engagement & Public Relations

· Organize live information sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions to engage with students and parents.

· Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, coordinating content collaborations.

· Ensure positive media coverage through press releases, articles, and interviews.

9. Compliance & Safeguarding

· Ensure that all digital communications adhere to the school’s safeguarding policies and branding guidelines.

· Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and ethical marketing standards.
