We are looking for a Sales Manager with successful experience in luxury/premium hotel segment.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

What does SALES MANAGER do in a Hotel?

  • Engage with customers and prospects to generate and respond to leads for group accommodations, meeting space, and on-site catering, based on assigned accounts. Answer incoming calls regarding room rentals, meeting spaces, and catering. Qualify leads and assess both strategic and personal buying needs.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts to inform prospective customers about room, meeting space, and catering availability and pricing.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and support business operations, including reviews and group-pickup discussions.
  • Conduct site inspections for potential clients, showcasing guest rooms, meeting spaces, banquet areas, and hotel facilities.

What is required for this position?

  • Previous experience in hotel sphere
  • Comfortable to work both in an office based role and on-the-ground client facing duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, Kazakh and Russian languages
