AIFC "Authority" is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and manage key HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • HR records management, maintenance both hard and digital copies of employees' records;
  • Handle appointments, transfers and terminations of permanent, temporary employees, termination of employment in accordance with the Acting Law of the AIFC;
  • Processing leaves (annual, unpaid, maternity, etc.) in accordance with the Acting Law of the AIFC for employees, military registration etc.;
  • Business travels management (orders, accommodation, tickets, planning etc.);
  • Maintains proper HR Administration in 1C system;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries;
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures;
  • Work with payroll;
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or request, submit reports on general HR activity;
  • Analyse market salary surveys to determine competitive pay and benefits;
  • Prepare and monitor the C&B budget, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
  • Maintain benchmarking data for compensation and benefits;
  • Job analysis and grading;
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
