Summary:
Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee procurement and IT functions, and partner with the CEO to drive the company's strategic and operational goals. This role encompasses comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, procurement strategy, and IT management, ensuring strong financial health, operational efficiency, and technological alignment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and manage the annual operating plan (OP), aligning with Airbus Helicopters’ strategic goals.

Provide accurate and timely financial forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:
-
Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, complying with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Present financial results to the Head of Finance of the Region, Airbus Helicopters Central Finance team, the CEO, and the Board of Directors, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

Maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Accounting and Compliance:

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and Airbus Helicopters financial policies.

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any findings.Treasury and Cash Management:

Manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and optimize working capital.

Implement strategies to manage receivables, payables, and inventory efficiently.

Procurement Management:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

IT Management:

Oversee the company's IT department, ensuring its reliability, security, and alignment with business needs.

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support operational efficiency and innovation.

Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.

Work with vendors to ensure optimal IT service.

Risk Management and Governance:

Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to mitigate financial, operational, and IT-related risks and prevent fraud.

Implement and monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and develop the finance, procurement, and IT teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated experience in procurement and IT.

Proven track record of managing financial operations, procurement processes, and IT infrastructure.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
