Duties:
- Assisting the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Managing client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirement:
- Proven experience in a sales or coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail;
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
