F&B Coordinator is responsible to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matter to ensure the smooth operation of the designated department; manage and organize all requirements of F&B Administration to the highest standards;
What does F&B COORDINATOR do in a Hotel?
- Organize daily incoming correspondence, make a preliminary assessment and handle respond as appropriate
- Prepare, assemble and distribute various report and documents
- Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls, provide and receive information refers the matters to the appropriate person to handle
- Maintain a highly organized F&B office filing, typing, e-mails, scanning, etc
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas and minutes, issues information.
- Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
- Organize all necessary documents needed by department managers
- Consolidating the F&B Staff Attendance
- Coordinate activities of staff
- Working and assisting the Operation when needed
- Assisting F&B Outlets for any needed printing such as buffet name tags, menu printing and etc.
- Carry out any duties as may be requested by the department managers
- Follow all company policies and procedures
What is REQUIRED for this position?
- Previous experience in hospitality would be preferred and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Be a good team player
- The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service, excellent analytic and communication skills
- Good level of written and spoken English
