Deloitte’s Financial Advisory group provides strategic and financial services to clients through every phase of the economic cycle. We offer services in all the critical areas - from corporate finance, transactions, business valuations, debt restructuring services, finance raising, etc. - with a focus on helping clients add value to their business. The business valuation group provides extensive experience in valuing, modeling, and analyzing business interests and their underlying assets, including real estate, fixed assets, intellectual property, and complex financial instruments, unlocking their value in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve participating in various types of projects focusing on valuation services, business plan development, financial analysis and modeling.
- Review and provide feedback on market and company financial analyses
- Financial modeling
- Coaching, mentoring and leading junior colleagues
- Business plans development
- Preparation of marketing analysis
- Financial and operational analysis of companies’ performance
- Valuation report writing
- Participate in corporate finance consulting projects
Requirements:
- Required work experience: min. 1 year of work experience in Business Valuation or a finance-related role
- Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build complex financial models/business plans
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Practical experience in spreadsheet modelling, report writing and the preparation of presentations using MS Applications
- Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance, valuation and general accounting principles
- Proven experience in coaching teams of 1-3 people
- Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: CFA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA
- Ability to operate in multitask environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Strong numerical & financial analytical skills and general business knowledge
- Strong logical and mathematical skills preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Russian and English
