- Track the movement and behavior of project vehicles/drivers and provide recommendations for meeting the requirements of the SC, HES MVS expectations (target of 80% of blue drivers). - Checking that the vehicles/drivers involved in the project activities are registered in the IVMS software. - Status management of Advanced Driver Reports (ADR) and feedback from contract holders to manage results with contractors. - Development of traffic plans. - Managing and updating MVS procedures and documents in accordance with TCO requirements. - Perform MVS field validation - Reporting within the company and responding to any vehicle incidents detected by TCO. - Working with HR to ensure reprimands and warnings are issued. - Generate performance and trend analysis reports. - Perform spot checks of equipment for project vehicles. - Development of contractor's vehicle safety plans and road and site traffic management plans. - Providing instructions and recommendations for managing drivers. - Traffic analysis and recommendations. - Verification of vehicle reports and computerized feedback tracking to ensure continued compliance to improve the safety of both drivers and involved workers. - Consideration of safety inspection reports, motorized equipment inspection reports, vehicle safety related documentation, processing and creation procedures, reports and documentation. - Participation in scheduled motor vehicle safety meetings and other meetings as requested.

- Submission of documents to courts and other state bodies; - Preparation of requests and documents (statements of claim, petitions, appeals and cassation complaints, statements, claims, contracts, acts, etc.); - Claim work; - Representation of clients' interests in state bodies, institutions, credit organizations,

- Departure to the scene of a traffic accident. - With subsequent registration in accordance with the administrative / criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. - Conducting an investigation.

- Supervision of compliance with the current rules and standards in the field of road safety in the assigned area; - Analysis of committed accidents, their analysis, generalization and development of measures to improve traffic safety; - Conducting training on traffic rules and instructing the driver's staff at the enterprise; - Control over the state of the company's car park, the release of vehicles on the line; - Participation in the work of commissions and public councils on road safety.

- Carrying out the identification of policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries or their representatives who applied for an insurance payment. - Making inquiries to the competent authorities on the settlement of insured events. - Determining the cause of the declared event, which has signs of an insured event: - Inspection of the damaged insured property, examination of the insured person to determine the cause of the occurrence of an event that has signs of an insured event - Interaction with experts to conduct additional specialized examinations and surveys to establish the cause of an event that has signs of an insured event - Analysis of expert opinions - Preparation of an opinion on recognition or non-recognition as an insured event (loss) of an event that has signs of an insured event - Preparation of documents for the implementation of insurance payments

- Ensuring road safety. - Prevention and suppression of crimes and administrative offenses, - Checking vehicles, cargo, registration and driver's documents, transport and accompanying documentation in order to prevent and suppress crimes and administrative offenses; - Search for vehicles whose drivers fled the scene of traffic accidents; - Search and detention of persons hiding from the bodies of inquiry, investigation and court, evading the execution of criminal punishment; - Identification of vehicles and persons who are wanted, as well as vehicles used for criminal purposes, illegally transporting weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs and drug-containing substances, as well as those suspected of committing other crimes;

- Carrying out state technical inspection of vehicles in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents for these works. - Carrying out control measurements and checking the compliance of the actual values of the measured parameters with the normative ones. - Based on the results of the technical inspection, registration of test reports and technical (diagnostic) cards, ensuring their reliability and confidentiality.

- Goods transportation management, - Determination of the carrier of goods, based on the most efficient schemes of work of transport organizations and the most optimal modes of transport (in accordance with the standards for the conditions for the transportation of certain types of goods), - Determination of methods and schemes for optimizing transport and technological schemes for the delivery of goods; - Conclusion of contracts for transportation, forwarding and other services related to the transportation of goods; - Development of transportation plans; organization of the technological process of transportation (transfer of goods to carriers, control over the delivery of goods to consignees, coordination of loading and unloading operations); - Ensuring the workflow of the transport and technological process; analysis of the quality of transportation and timeliness of delivery of goods; - Risk management in logistics - insurance of equipment, goods, raw materials, materials, cargo, liability of carriers; - Organization of measures to ensure the safety of goods during transportation, products during storage and internal movement;
