Project Administrator (PMO)
The project of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" “Reengineering and automation of basic enterprise management processes” based on the SAP S/4 HANA system) is the most extensive project for the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA within the company. This initiative encompasses JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", "KTZ Freight Transportation LLP", and various branches across the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. The implementation covers ten functional areas (modules): Finance (FI), Tax compliance (FI-TAX), Budgeting (BPC BC), Controlling (CO), Consolidation (BPC FC), Treasury (TRM), Sales and distribution (SD), Procurement & Material management (MM), Plant maintenance (PM), Project systems (PS), and Data Migration, ABAP/BASIS, GRC. The project consists of 6 phases: 1) “Initiation”; 2) “Conceptual design”; 3) “Execution”; 4) “Preparation and launch of processes”; 5) “Replication”; 6) “Monitoring and support”, the project implementation period is 33 months. About 150 high qualified specialists were involved in the project team, and over 200 design documents were developed during Phase 2 “Conceptual Design”. The project of "National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" "Implementation of SAP S/4HANA (ERP)" The project covers 4 functional groups: FICO, SCM, HCM, BPC. About 100 high qualified specialists were involved in the project team. The project consists of 5 stages, the implementation period is 21 months. • Using a hybrid approach Project management: Waterfall and Agile. • Managing tasks in MS Project, MS Teams Tasks by Planner and To Do, MS Excel. • Coordination of preparation of project status reports and presentations in Power Point. • Maintaining the general status of the project. • Providing statistics to the management of the Contractor and the Customer. • Maintaining registers of project risks, problems and open questions. • Development and implementation of all project registries: Register of project management, register of letters, register of meetings, register of remarks etc. • Organization of meetings within the project, maintaining, coordinating and distributing minutes of meetings. • Control the execution of project assignments. • Tracking the implementation of project milestones. • Participation in the preparation of packages of documents for closing project stages. • Preparation and coordination of project documentation, as well as documentation within the framework of project activities: official letters, memos, orders, protocols, instructions, requests for business trips, etc. • Ensuring maintenance and updating of the project document library (preparation of information on requests; compilation, updating, storage and distribution of project documentation) in Share Point, Google Drive. • Assistance in approving project documents and monitoring the status of signing project documents. • Introduction of formal correspondence, maintaining a register of incoming/outgoing correspondence (compilation/preparation of official letters, registration/approval, sending/registration) updating the electronic journal. • Interaction with Contractors company regarding document flow. • Preparation of applications for the services of contractors, checking reports of the work performed by contractors. • Formation of payment requests. • Formation of requests for passes for project team employees. • Filling out requests for business trips, maintaining a schedule for the presence of the project team. • Maintaining up-to-date information on project team members. • Administration of team information and communication platforms and mailing groups. • Organization of workplaces and access to information systems for the project team. Providing access to the Customer's systems. • Coordination of project working groups from both the Customer and the Contractor. • Provision of necessary documents at the Customer's request. • Execution of other instructions of the manager related to the implementation of projects.

To control the work of personnel either at the plant or at the customer’s territory. • Lead HSSE management • Provide detailed reports, work status plans and financial predictions. • Implement the Metrological provision activities for client at offsite locations. • Management of all subcontractors. Making complete control contractor’s companies, terms and qualities of performed works. Immediate solution of current problems. Making up official requests to various organizations. • Project work handing over. • Involved to all issues related to commercial part of contract. Analyze the client's budget plan, request a purchase order, make calculations of manpower hours and services provided, submit invoices for work performed to the client and also monitor the receipt of payment on time. • Analyzing required number of manpower, equipment and materials, vehicles to perform work under the contract. • Estimating project financial point taking into account Customer financial expenditures. • Making up calendar timeline for completion of work with description of daily financial expenditures with extra charges per each item. • Making up daily reports, preparation monthly scope work reports. • Leading and coordinating a project from its beginning to the work completion.
