Project: TCO Future Growth Project / Wellhead Pressure Management Project • Development of project executing plans, PCI (Potential Change Item) / CTR (Cost Time and Resources) cost estimates; • Authorized to direct the activities of the engineering resources assigned the project; • Responsible for the project budget, scope & schedule; • Management and Coordination of different Engineering teams (15+ people) including Project controls, procurement, Farnborough 110kV protection & PMCS, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil Structural disciplines etc. • Interfaced with Cost Engineers and Planers to ensure any potential changes will be timely analyzed and effected in Cost and schedule; • Support of commissioning/construction actives; • Coordination of all Engineering activities including Vendor’s Package documentation; • Review and Markup of deliverables issued by the Engineering & Vendor teams; • Complete final documentations as per ROK standards and Client requirements; • Preparation of Scope of Works; • Update and report of team progress; • Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client; • Provision of weekly and monthly status report to the Manager of Projects; • Management of deliverables sign and issue process; • Site visits for any team purposes.

• Supervision engineering deliverables prepared with engineers: KeySLD/SLD, Calculations, Job packs, Procedures, electrical layouts, material take off and etc as per TCO specifications; • Procurement support activities with MR, PR, PO stage; • Review Vendor document/drawings for equipment; • Prepare technical bid analysis list (for substations, RTU buildings) with chief engineer; • Construction support for contractors, Author supervision on site and FAT with manufacture • Provides a report on the status of electrical work progress and technical documentation of responsible subgroup for the chief engineer/project manager; • Develops project electrical engineering schedule & CTR’s with the client; • Coordinates the design activities of the electrical engineering subgroup: SLDs, protection devices coordination, lighting, lightning protection, cable routing and grounding issues; • Participate in instructing, training and mentoring of employees of the electrotechnical group.

• Electrical power supply of the offices, industrial buildings and plant, pumps, hazardous area, non hazardous area. Laboratory preparation of official documents on electricity and instrumentation works in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3. Preparation of official documents "Senimdi Kurylys" LLP on electrical and instrumentation works in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4. Grading in the work package TCO ("Tengizchevroil") for compliance with the requirements of the project. 5. Verification of design materials issued by TCO, according to the requirements of the project and preparation of the necessary Acts and control statements in accordance with the matrix in the work package. 6. Test all the cables on cable drums as required by the project and the preparation of the necessary Acts and control statements before using the data cable on the jobsite. 7. The test required components switchboard supplies, transformers, low / medium / high voltage equipment, electric motors, lighting, fire and gas detectors / alarms / system / panels, fiber panels, panels of cathodic protection before using them on the job site. 8. Performing pre-commissioning of electrical systems of low / medium / high voltage.
