- Strategic (LOMP) and operational planning for open-pit mining operations, as well as hydrometallurgical complex operations; - Operational control of the drilling and blasting processes, extraction of ore; - Control of losses and ore dilution during development of production blocks; - Management of the process of preparing ore for leaching (crushing/screening/stacking/calculation of technological parameters of copper leaching processes) in accordance with established parameters; - Implementation of control over the ore leaching process (irrigation density, specific rate of sulfuric acid) in accordance with the production plan. - Implementation of control over the main process parameters (extraction and re-extraction, electrolysis) of the process of processing heap leaching solutions using SX-EW technology; - Analysis of the effectiveness of the ore preparation process for leaching, assessment of the efficiency of the approved parameters of the ore leaching process and processing of heap leaching solutions using the SX-EW method; - Adjustment and modification of process parameters for ore preparation processes for leaching, ore leaching, and processing of heap leaching solutions using the SX-EW method, in order to improve process technologies; - Creation and development of a methodological base for a chemical analytical laboratory to ensure control of technological processes, the quality of chemical reagents and finished products; - Participation in research (selection of extractants, solvents, adsorbents, etc.) and developments aimed at improving technological processes for ore leaching and processing heap leaching solutions using the SX-EW method; - Providing production personnel with safe working conditions, monitoring compliance with labor and production discipline, and internal work regulations. Implemented measures to improve production processes: - Commissioning of the extraction and electrolysis workshop, bringing production to its design capacity; - Selection of the optimal granulometric composition of crushed copper ore to intensify the copper leaching process; - Increasing the efficiency of the stage of aqueous washing of the organic phase and renewal of electrolytes from impurities, by introducing changes to the design solutions of the extraction and electrolysis shop of the BERKARA Mine; - Analysis and selection of a new type of extractant to reduce the formation of cradle cap and loss of the organic phase during extraction and re-extraction.

From technical point: Organization and control of executing production objectives of company in the following areas: * Preparation of technologycal blocks to operation (Drilling of wells, assembling of technologycal units etc.) according mining plan. * Operation of technologycal blocks (accidification, extraction, maintenance to support fail-operational exploitation etc.). * Processing of production solution ( sorption, desorption processes) to obtain uranium eluate. * Processing of uranium eluate (precipitation, filtration, drying and calcination processes) to obtain final product uranium oxide U3O8. * Compilation of schedule of preventive works to support of technological equipments in working order. * Control accomplishments of Health Environment and Safety system requirements. * Control accomplishments of law requirements in industrial, radiation, environmental safety. * Coordination of interaction between subdivisions of mine. * Control of fulfilment of covenant commitments by contractors. Obligations in financial part of work: - Preparation of budget taking in account all the necessary resourses for implementation of the production program, including: * Expenses for mining and geological exploration works, * CAPEX ( by all the subdivisions.). * OPEX ( by all the subdivisions.).

- Organization of works for optimization of production processes in uranium mining by ISL method; - Identification and implementation of appropriate working regimes for technological blocks taking into account their geological and hydrogeological peculiarities; - Development of KPI (key performance indicators) for main production indicators of ISL process; - Analysis of KPI results in case of deviation from set parameters, using the results of following complex works: * 3D models of technological blocks; * Hydrodynamic simulations; * Specific simulations made by specialists of AREVA MINES; - Management of "LOGIMINE" database. Control over relevance of data input into the base; - Coordination of contracting organizations involved in production programs; Obligations in financial part of work: - Preparation of budget for required materials and equipment for implementation of the production program; - Control over contract duties of contracting organizations involved in implementation of production programs. Identification of economic profitability of fulfilled activities. Obligations in HR management: - Staff recruitment and placement, reasonable distribution of labor force; - Strict control over quality implementation of tasks given to the employees of ISR group; - Evaluation of NON-M&P performance; - Preparation of individual development plan for each employee of NON-M&P category;

From technical point: - Organization of works for implementation of uranium mining program in accordance with the In-Situ Leaching technology and Mining operations development plan; - Organization and control of extraction process on the site South Tortkuduk South (Pilot Plant). - Analysis of geological and geotechnological results of Pilot Plant for definition of main production figures; - Preparation of measures and plans for non-emergency operation of the extraction site, improvement of occupational safety, environment protection and radiation protection state, reinforcement of working and production discipline; - Assessment of risks in all types of activities carried out during exploitation of geotechnological well field. Identification of significant risks by results of the assessment, as well as preparation of "Action plan in the sphere of OHS" aimed to mitigate the risks. - Preparation of ТРМ (Total preventive maintenance) plan for total maintenance of the equipment; - Preparation of plans for work over operations in technological wells; - Implementation of technical training for personnel of extraction site related to exploitation of geotechnological well field and in-situ leaching technology; - Development of KPI (key performance indicators) for main production indicators; - Coordination of contracting organizations involved in production programs; Obligations in financial part of work: - Preparation of budget for required materials and equipment for implementation of the production program; - Keeping records of receipt and expenditure of material assets and preparation of limit passbook (material report); Obligations in HR management: - Staff recruitment and placement, reasonable distribution of labor force; - Strict control over quality implementation of tasks given to the employees of ISR group; - Evaluation of NON-M&P performance; - Preparation of individual development plan for each employee of NON-M&P category;
