Cloud: - Administration of Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance (security, auditing, encryption, backups, monitoring). - Migration of on-premises SQL Server databases to Azure SQL Managed Instance. - Administration of PaaS and IaaS environments. - Automation of DBA tasks and alerting using Power Automate. - Implementation of CI/CD database deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines. On-Premises: - Administration of MS SQL Server. - Full migration of databases from MS SQL Server 2016 to 2019–2022 (including related SQL agent jobs, powershell scripts, job schedulers etc.). - Configuration and support of SQL Server Always On High Availability. - Administration and support of PostgreSQL databases. - Handling ServiceNow (ITSM) tickets: backup/restore, access provisioning, troubleshooting, instance deployment, change requests etc. - Support and administration of on-premises Power BI Gateway. Analytics and Compliance: - Development of Power BI dashboards for KPIs, performance and inventory. - Development of ServiceNow dashboard for KPI tracking. - Acting as team compliance Coordinator: participation in audits (internal/external) and closure of IRM controls. - Performing security maintenance: patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation. - Monitoring of SQL Servers using Solarwinds - Working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and Change Management processes.

- Manage TCO software license inventory - Purchase new software licenses - Renew licenses and maintenance agreements - Coordinate licensing and maintenance purchases with other TCO and Chevron departments - Track software license and maintenance purchase orders, invoices - Work with software vendors to resolve licensing and maintenance issues - Ensure all installed software packages are properly licensed - Conduct internal software license audits and produce compliance reports - Review and approve software installation requests - Coordinate the work of MSP (Managed Services Provision) contracting companies - Coordination of staff augmentation resources for the whole Digital Department - Work in close cooperation with Supply Chain Management, Finance and all groups in Digital Department - Work with MSP companies on tracking their key performance indicators and all other terms and conditions of the contracts - Track Digital Department’s metrics on staff augmentation resources and MSP services

- Provide desktop support: Install, move and track End user computing equipment (PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals) - Installation and configuration of network MFP and local printing and scanning devices - Perform maintenance and repairmen of IT equipment, replacing parts - Install operating systems, applications on user desktops and laptops in accordance to company standards and procedures. - Troubleshoot standard applications such as MS Office, Adobe, etc. and Windows 7 Operating System issues - Administrate and manage user, group and computer objects in Active Directory - Mobile phone troubleshooting e.g. firmware update, diagnostics and mail setup. - Perform inspection of meeting rooms on weekly basis and provide IT support during meetings, events and audio or video conferences. - Make appropriate inventory records on equipment provided to end user or stored in IT operational stocks - Maintenance and configuration Corporate Printing Service

- Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting for end Users - General desktop support, movement activities - OS Microsoft Windows installation and support - Office equipment (Network and local configured Printers, Scanners, MFP's, plotters) installation and lifetime support. - Monitor the status of all printers using specialized software “HP Web Jetadmin” - Inventory of Leased equipment to NCOC - Management of Printing Service documentations, billing processes and procedures
