Searching and selection support for different department Interviewing of candidates with department line manager participation Telephone interviewing of candidates Working mostly with engineering, QA/QC, Welding, IT, Coating, Construction, E&I, mechanical / piping departments etc. for all TCO projects. Participation on HR/Admin meetings. Support to HR coordinators with hiring process: providing with appropriate documents Coordination of time and place of carrying out of interview. Work with a database of candidates, gathering of the information and studying of their professional suitability. CV's screening. Phone interview / F2F Interview

Maintaining personnel work of the Company. Conclusion and termination of employment contracts. All types registration of orders of workers according to the labor law, provisions and orders of the company executive, and also other established documentation on personnel. Maintaining data base of personal data of employees. Maintaining sheet of working hours. Collecting and maintaining personal records, filling of labor book. Maintaining all forms of recording personnel (book of orders, employment contracts)

Maintaining all provisions and procedures for the preparation and training of personnel. Annual scheduling of Company staff trainings, plan enforcement, filling and log keeping of trainings information, trainings document maintenance. Recruiting and registration of foreign workers of the Company (via Recruitment agencies). Development and measure implementation for upgrading communicative competence teambuilding and developing Company’s business culture, organization common purpose and values. Measure implementation focused on creative potential of the Company staff, (organization creativity competition, mind game, exhibitions etc) Measure development for dealing with youth sectors in order to attract them to participate actively in the social life of the Company. Order preparation for structure improving, content and quality of electronic information log of the Company; Control and maintenance of Integrated Management Control System.

Establish business relations and engage in activities with employment service, recruitment agencies, specialized publication with a purpose of their progress of staff recruitment and information sharing of appropriate candidates of labor market about available Company vacancies. Develop and support staff of appropriate candidates (specialists). Run advertisement about vacancies in newspapers, web portals and other mass media. Give an estimation of compliance with requirements to appropriate candidate, pointed out in request of selection, based on situation of labor market. If necessary correct the requirements. Determine the most effective channels for headhunting each job. Inform candidates about interview and also about interview results. Carry on primary interview with candidates. Invite candidates for interview. Agree the time of candidates’ interview with Departmnet manager. Log the electronic base of candidates, visited the Company. Determine the list of initiated staff members. Follow the regulations of confidentiality working with Company staff members personal information. Execute other orders of line Manager within the limits of my job responsibilities.

Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Errands Shopping Schedule meetings and appointments Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease Provide general support to visitors Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements) Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
