The main duties of this position were: a search of the potential customers; work with first-time clients, with subsequent transfer of the client to the leading sales manager, depending on the client's territorial location; commercial negotiations with the clients in the interests of the company; prompt response to information from customers and bringing it to the attention of the relevant lead sales manager and head of the wholesale department; finding out of the customer needs in the products sold by the co and coordinating the orders of the clients in conformity with their needs and the availability of range in the warehouse of the company; to motivate the clients to work with the company; preparation of a monthly sales plan; the analysis of statistical data of sales and shipment of clients of the company; to report the results of the done work in conformity with the provisions of the department and the company; reception and processing of customer orders, search the clients in the phone directories, registration of the necessary documents related to the shipment of products for the clients of the company, as well as for customers assigned to the relevant senior sales managers when they were out of the office; informing customers about all changes in the range, increasing and decreasing prices, the timing of arrival of the products to the warehouse; the final agreement with the client on the conditions of the prices, shipping date and delivery of the products; transfer of the applications for delivery of the customer's products in the logistics department; participation of the development and implementation of projects which related with the activities of the wholesales department; to interact with other departments of the company to fulfill the appointed tasks; maintenance of working and reporting documentation;

Ensuring the uniform application of model contracts all main types of activity of legal entities; Execution of a check on compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan draft orders: projects, orders, instructions, regulations and other documents of a legal nature, checking the correctness of the stages of the approval of draft documents with responsible employees; Providing legal expertise of normative acts; Interaction with the state control and supervisory bodies that carry out the audit; Development of management projects (extrajudicial and judicial) to resolve disputes between legal entities, the Group of Companies and third-party organizations; Complaints and claims, appeals against decisions and actions (inaction) of state bodies and officials;

Full legal support of the company; Staff records management; Legal examination of the contracts; Drawing up lawsuits, making claims; Conducting a legal analysis of the risks of the contracts; Analytical reviews of legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan; Representation of the company in state and judicial bodies; Provide the company with normative legal documents necessary for carrying out the company's activities; Examine for compliance with the legislative requirements for signing by the head of the company: projects, orders, instructions, regulations and other legal documents; Sighting of draft documents; To conduct contract work at the enterprise: to determine the forms of contractual relations, develop contract drafts, to check for compliance with the legislation of draft contracts submitted to contractors of the company; Take measures to resolve disagreements on draft treaties; Provide notarization or state registration of certain types of the contracts; Ensuring the recording of claims received from contractors and their consideration; Preparation of claims to contractors; Control and submission of applications, petitions and other documents to state bodies for obtaining licenses, permits necessary for carrying out the company's activities; Representation of the company's interests during inspections conducted by state control and supervision bodies with the purpose of legal control over the compliance of inspectors with procedural actions, validity, and correctness of inspectors' findings, registration of inspection results and preparation of procedural documents; Prepare and send complaints about the actions of officers of state supervisory bodies; Advising employees on various legal issues, providing legal assistance in drafting legal documents; Communicate and negotiate with the governments.
