•Worked on finding management company and conducted due diligence on short-listed companies for Kazakhstan Infrastructure Fund (KIF), worked on joining international investors to KIF by the negotiation and development of legally binding documents for KIF, made administrative work on KIF (provided capital calls, transactions, etc); •Analyzed and examined proposals for KCM’s participation in the current domestic (KIF) and foreign investment funds according to its internal documents, together with independent experts considered the most appropriate structures and the conditions of KCM’s participation in the funds and their investment policies; •Arranged all internal procedures within KCM on closing Kazakhstan-Tadzhikistani private equity fund, arranged independent foreign and local legal and financial experts on closing the fund, organized selling of fixed assets to close the fund; •Arranged analysis and approval from KCM’s side of changes in legally binding documents of CITIC Kazyna Investment Fund and Islamic Infrastructure Fund; •Provided regular capital calls for managed funds with prior examine of their correctness; •Interacted with international and foreign organizations regarding the issues of managed funds; •Prepared presentation materials and quarterly monitoring reports of managed private equity funds for potential partners and committees and management bodies, as well as for reporting on the activities of the Department; •Actively involved in development of the internal business processes of KCM.
