Knowledge of MEP Works: Air Conditioning System Plumbing and Drainage System Fire Fighting System Duties & Responsibilities: • Check the MEP Installation Works, whether the works are been executed as per the approved shop drawings and approved material. • Check all delivered materials at site to comply with contract specification. • Issuing of method statement and conducting tool box talk before starting of any new activities at site. • Collecting the Documents and reports related to NCR, SON to close out it. And Raising the WIR, MIR to get the approval from the consultant. • Find out the deficiencies of work on site at the time of execution, then report to the Site Engineers and raising the Site Instructions to the respective Site Engineers and Managers. • Arranging of material inspection at site and get approval from the consultant. • Raising the inspections for installations of all MEP works executed on site and get approval from the consultant. • Checking of the MEP services Provisions & Locations as per the approved shop drawing before the concreting works. • Manpower’s coordinations.
