- In collaboration with the Responsible Officers, Division Heads, and Directorate Head(s), respond to the annual budget call by preparing and submitting annual directorate commitment and payment budgets. Provide updates as needed to finalize the annual budget plan prior to the beginning of each year. - Preparation of monthly financial status reports and briefing of directorate management on budgetary execution. Identification of variances and recommendation of solutions to problems that occur. - Preparation and submission of monthly commitment and payment forecasts. - Preparation and submission of Streamlined Change Requests (SCRs) on behalf of directorate staff to request additional budget. - Review and approve of all purchase requests to ensure consistency with the directorate budgets and to verify the budget availability, Budget Reference Number, Cost Centre (OBS), charge code (WBS), and Budget Heading prior to release.

- Preparation of the Sales performance analysis based on the activities of each Sales Manager in each region. - Definition of the sales strategy. The development of the effective tool which helps to increase the visibility on sales performance. - Preparation of Monthly Updates Newsletter on product/services improvements. - Preparation of Monthly Global Customers report describing the main achievements, major risks and events of the global accounts/ clients of Amadeus. - Assistance and help in improvement of sales tools. Development of the Dashboard and work on its Systematic approach.

- Assistance in preparation of fiscal documents. - Retrieving of VAT from the income and expenses of HSBC. - Calculation and comparison of VAT. - Verification and registration of the invoices in the system . - Work with the archives.
