Pre-Award Risk Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate any contractual or financial risks before the award. - Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to verify that the contract meets all regulatory and internal policy requirements. Pre-Award Documentation and Reporting - Prepare pre-award reports and documentation summarizing the bid evaluation process, vendor selection, and risk analysis for senior management approval. - Maintain accurate records of the entire bid preparation and pre-award process for audit and compliance purpose Contract Drafting and Negotiation - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including procurement, service agreements, and subcontractor agreements. - Ensure all contracts meet the company’s policies and legal requirements.
