• coordinates with and provides WorkFace construction knowledge to project schedulers, engineers, superintendents and managers; • support Construction team with upcoming activities; • monitoring and controlling IWP and advising appropriate parties; • coordinating activities with field supervision, resource coordinators, project controls, quality assurance other planners, and operations personnel; • reviewing IWP for completeness and accuracy; • follow to Site Queries and Method Statements taken from fabrication side; • construction work package releases. (Stacking, Hook-up, Carry Over planning and its management); • integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline Lookahead plans up to 120 days; • material availability management in regard to all disciplines; • provide construction work packages/plans to business partners via PDDM; • making sure necessary BOM materials picked up from warehouse, constraint management; • making sure business partners split in proper installation work packages with available materials and follow to the ASME drawing standard; • review/check IFC (issued for construction documents) work packages and sign; • preparation of HOP (Hand Over Package Documents) scopes; • punch list clearance plan of mechanical completion; • close out planning and statistic information in accordance with KPI; • coordinate drawing / material updates from engineering.

• managing the process of creating and establishing of the BAT (Best available techniques) Committee; • development and approval of the BAT Committee's policy documents; • compilation of the total need for BREFs (Best Available Techniques Reference Document) by sector/enterprise; • development of the work plan of the BAT Committee; • analysis of international experience in assessing the effectiveness of BREFs; • review and analysis of sectors not included in the BAT list of areas of application; • development of methodology, approaches and tools to assess the effectiveness of BREFs; • participation in the issues of budgeting of the planned activities of the BAT Bureau; • organizing a process of information exchange on the application of best available techniques among stakeholders; • implementing the development and updating of NAPs and other BAT by-laws: • preparation of documentation for the formation of applications for participation in competitions of international financial organizations in the field of green technologies; • study and analysis of global trends in scientific and technological development in the field of green technologies; • organization and development of a program for conducting scientific and practical conferences, forums, seminars, and symposiums to discuss issues of green economy and ecology.
