About me

Dear Sir or Madam Within my three years of experience in Kudu a Schlumberger company, my major roles and responsibilities include equipment selection, design and installation, commissioning, equipment analysis, maintenance, failures investigation, optimization of oil and gas field operations as well as training of the staff. I believe that during my job I gained valuable and well-rounded skill set that is highly required in the oil and gas industry such as deep analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management capabilities such as schedule, resource, cost, risks and issues management. In 2014, I was promoted from Technical Assistant to Sales Manager. During this position I was responsible for training and providing development plans for Sales Department staff. Trained a new team for Sales Department and workshop too. In 2015, I was promoted from Sales Manger to Service Manager. During this position I managed the joint project with JSC «Karazhanbasmunai». JSC «Karazhanbasmunai» had faced the issue with extremely short PCP (Progressive Cavity Pump) pumps’ lifetime. At that times, the average lifetime of PCP pumps was 1-3 months. As the main objective of the project was to increase the average lifetime of PCP pumps till 6 months, I began to diagnose the issue and analyze the root causes of the short PCP lifetime issue. To solve the issue I recommended the special equipment that prolonged the lifetime up to 6 - 12 months. As the outcome of the project has met its objectives, Kudu a Schlumberger company have built long-term business relationship with JSC «Karazhanbasmunai» that contributes to maintain a stable financial situation during global crises in 2013 caused by oil price failure. Moreover, in my earlier position of Technical Assistant in Kudu a Schlumberger company, I reduced operation costs of data transfer in the intelligent control station with VFD from 1 500 000 KZT per month to 2 560 KZT per month in total for five stations in oil fields of «Buzachi Operating» LTD company by using the local cellular provider. Intending to develop my skills further, I applied for Engineering Service Manager position at «ERP-Service» LLC and got the offer. After working only 4 months, I was promoted to Project manager position, which major responsibility implies to development of maintenance management system on the basis of SAP ERP system. My team has developed technological maps for 17 types of oil field equipment: rocker-machine, progressive cavity pump, gas compression, power station, deep-water pump, utilities, crude oil heater-treater, high-pressure reservoir, crude oil export pump units, multiphase pump system, pumping set horizontal, etc. During this position, I have demonstrated strong team player abilities as well as during the organization of brainstorm sessions regarding creative ideas for Lean 6 Sigma projects. In addition, I have increased the efficiency of a pulley-belt drive on rocking machines by 1.67% on average and my proposals to increase the efficiency of a pulley-belt drive and lifetime of V-belts on rocking machines have been approved and accepted by major client JSC «Embamunaigas» as a part of Lean 6 Sigma project and has been offered to JSC «Kazmunaigas».
