Manage IT systems at Abu-Dhabi Plaza, Nur-Sultan  Provides IT operations functions to the building systems/offices for the organization’s standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions.  Responsible for Manage and Maintenance of Datacenter, Server Rooms, CCTV Monitoring center  Responsible for the purchase, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, CCTV systems servers and LAN /WAN network connectivity equipment.  Acts as the primary point of communication Operations, business and functional units.  Strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business planning  Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license management.  Monitors security compliance in accordance with TIS (Technology and Information Systems) standards, policies and procedures, responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as TIS operations manuals.  Procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software  Provides escalated technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, SAN,NAS, network)  Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems. Contract and outsourcing management.  Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.  Monitors business critical processes and systems.

Ensure compliance with corporate information management and technology standards, guidelines and procedures for the Country Office technology environment. Provision of inputs to the CO administrative business processes mapping and implementation of the internal standard operating procedures. Building ICT infrastructure in accordance with ICT standards. Advise on hardware and software requirements and options for automatization of business processes. Manage ICT procurement processes. Maintenance server equipment, LAN, office PBX. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support. ICT support for organizing of High-Level visits. Supervise ICT Unit. Participation on implementation IT projects and cloud-based solutions on worldwide level.

Support and control of IT-infrastructure, involved in development and support processes of Quality Management ISO 9001:2000 for IT Department, administering of corporate software. Maintenance server equipment, LAN, office PBX. ICT helpdesk support and knowledge sharing. Manage ICT procurement processes.
