Drawing up of price quotations 6. Searching for and analyzing information related to company's business activities 7. Translation of contracts, technical instructions, manuals, letters, proposals and etc. 8. Managing the internal company documentation

Responsibilities were the following: 1. Documents translation 2. Taking part at international conferences, seminars, including webinars, analyzing and making summaries for CEO 3. Searching and analyzing of any type of information and preparing reviews 4. Suppliers search in construction sphere 5. Price quotation request 6. Documents preparation: letters, instructions, contracts, reports and etc. 7. Dealing with daily internal and external company documentation 8. Arranging of company daily routine 9. Establishing contacts with interested parties

My responsibilities included the following: establishing contacts with foreign partners, signing contracts, preparing price quotations, contracts and contracts accompanying documents, translating various types of documents (technical, legal, financial, business; phone talks, meetings and etc.), as well as arranging and participating at meetings, seminars and the Kadex exhibition.

Having the position of translator, I translated various types of documents, including business, technical, legal, financial, correspondence and etc. Also I was in charge of interpreting at meetings, presentations and phone calls.
