The Offshore Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) is responsible for the day-to-day management of the helideck, associated helideck operations and supervision of the Helideck Assistants (HDAs). The HLO is responsible for leading the initial response to a helicopter emergency on an offshore fixed, mobile or floating installation and supervising the HDA Helideck Emergency Response Team Members (HERTM) in their role as Helideck Emergency Response Team Leader (HERTL) in North Caspian Kashagan Project. Additionally carry out the responsibility of Offshore Refuelling Station Supervisor.The Offshore Helideck Assistants (HDAs) typically carry out routine helideck operations such as maintenance and testing of helideck systems and equipment. HDAs also assist with passenger embarkation and disembarkation, as well as transferring freight and passenger baggage to and from the helicopter. HDAs will also perform the role of HDA Helideck Emergency Response Team Member (HERTM) when preparing for helicopter landings and form the initial respond to helicopter emergencies.

The main role of the Radio Operator is to provide reliable communications between the vessel and the shore, other vessels and helicopter traffic. The Radio Operator works under the supervision of the Master, and reports directly to the Master. They shall establish and maintain the ‘flight watch’ during all helicopter operations, and record all details of landings and departures of aircraft. The maintenance of all radio equipment and emergency power sources, stock keeping of radio spares, etc. are all an integral part of the Radio Officers role. The Radio Operator takes on a support role in emergency situations, in both a communication role, and as part of the vessels emergency command and control team. This involves assisting with POB reconciliation, log keeping, emergency radio communications, etc. Additional Information The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has established English language proficiency requirements (LPRs) for all pilots operating on international routes, and all air traffic controllers who communicate with foreign pilots. In order to conform with ICAO Language Proficiency requirements, Pilots, Air Traffic Controllers and all others who use English in R/T communication on international routes must be at ICAO English Language Level 4 (Operational) or above. An individual must demonstrate proficiency at Level 4 in all six categories in order to receive a Level 4 rating. My ICAO Language Proficiency Standard Level - 5.

The function of Unit Coordinator is to provide admin support to Catering Department staff as directed by the company management for the Client on a daily basis enforcing a safe environment for customers and staff by abiding with all the procedures and policies as established by the Client and the Company. Report and record all near misses, injuries and job performances non conformances as required. Translating daily written and verbal communication for all various outlets and management of the catering duties. Data entry. Print daily, weekly and monthly forms, menus and request for food as required by Catering programs.

The function of TR Senior Customer Service Advisor is to supervise the daily operation of the Transportation Work Control Centre. To provide leadership by example in providing the client with exceptional customer service. To monitor the performance of the TR Customer Service Advisor providing consulting feedback. To recognize training needs and communicate those needs to the Transportation Maintenance Manager. To act as a liaison between the Maintenance department and the customer/client. To plan and schedule corrective/ preventative maintenance with the assistance of CMMS as required for the department and as directed by the company management for the Client on a daily basis enforcing a safe environment for customers and staff by abiding with all the procedures and policies as established by the Client and the Company. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company quality assurance system. To ensure all operations are compliant with all statutory or regulatory requirements. To provide fulfillment of rules, instructions, prikazes, regulations and directions of Management. To formally receive customers when they arrive to the TMF Service Reception Centre. To inspect the vehicle and enter faults to Job Card (Work Orders). To work on CMMS ensuring availability of correct, accurate and updated information in the system. To keep customer informed of vehicle status (using workload sheet) and notify customer upon completion of repairs to the vehicle. Keep in contact with shop supervisors/ foremen and for the express purpose of keeping updated information on vehicle status, workloads in the shop and any problems with vehicles that should be addressed to the customer or TMF Manager. To schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs using an appointment calendar. To become directly involved with any customer complaints about service work and inform Maintenance Manager/Deputy Manager and TMF Manager. Be responsible for Work orders (job cards), security and accuracy. Translate faults; provide tracking from conception to vehicle completion. Maintain an efficient filing system for all Work orders (job cards), old work orders from last year, work orders of written off vehicles shall be archived. Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports, records and spreadsheets. Keep CMMS database accurate and free of mistakes. Keep work areas clean, neat and presentable for health, safety and Customers Perception of a professional organization. Perform all other duties assigned by your direct Manager or TMF Manager.

The function of TMF 2/3 Coordinator is to ensure that all department and client requirements are satisfied whilst enforcing safe working practices as directed by the company management for the Client on a daily basis enforcing a safe environment for customers and staff by abiding with all the procedures and policies as established by the Client and the Company. To act as English – Kazakh – Russian translator/interpreter for TMF 2&3 Manager. Take any messages for TMF 2&3 Manager & ensure that they are brought to his attention. To submit spare part request & stock addition request. To submit TMF2&3 Staff Timesheet & import timesheet. To prepare all paper work to HR to issue Prikazes relevant to the workshop, IE overtimes, disciplinary, job title changes, dismissal, vacations etc and submit to Human Resources via the TMF 2/3 Manager's approval. To submit Daily Deadline Report and Monthly Report. Responsible for vehicle spare key issue to customer. To arrange IB access for visitors. Answer for managers and customers e-mails concerning vehicle repairing. Translation of interviews, documents. Responsible for Main Prikazes for HR (changing rotations, positions, pay grades.) To coordinate CMMS vehicle maintenance status, changing IP, AC, AS statuses. And other duties allocated by Transportation Maintenance Manager within the outline responsibilities. To prepare, review and submit supervisory requests for support items and services. To provide accurate translations & interpretations as directed by line manager. To work closely as a team player with the coordinator and management.
