Studying working conditions at workplaces, preparing and making proposals on the development and implementation of more advanced designs of fencing equipment, safety and blocking devices, and other means of protection against the effects of hazardous and harmful production factors. 3. Ensuring that the operational plans of the units related to occupational safety and health, industrial and fire safety correspond to the goals and objectives established by the company's policy in the field of occupational safety and health. 4. Participation in the development, implementation and further maintenance of standards for occupational safety and health management systems, industrial and fire safety standards, and health protection standards. 5. Participation in the development and revision of occupational safety and health sections of instructions and procedures in the units. 6. Providing advisory assistance to specialists from other units in identifying and assessing risks and developing control measures. 7. Providing methodological assistance to the person issuing the work permit in preparing documentation for performing high-risk work and checking the availability and correctness of the documents required to issue the work permit. 8. Participating in the approval of work permits, checking the documentation required to issue work permits. 9. Ensuring compliance with three-stage labor protection control at workplaces. 10. Ensuring supervision of industrial control at hazardous production facilities of the company. 11. Participating in inspections, technical inspections of buildings, structures, equipment, mechanisms, the efficiency of ventilation systems, collective and individual protective equipment, determining their compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on safety and labor protection and in identifying violations that pose a threat to the life and health of workers or may lead to an accident. 12. Participating in considering the issue of compensation by the employer for harm caused to workers by injury, occupational disease or other damage to health associated with the performance of their work duties. 13. Take action to suspend the operation of machinery, equipment and work, if discrepancies are detected that threaten the life and health of workers, or if they can lead to an accident. 14. Provide methodological support for the investigation of incidents and accidents, participate in the development of measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work and improve working conditions. 15. Organize and participate in safety meetings held by the Occupational Health and Safety Department and other divisions of the company, including contractors. 16. Participate in daily production meetings of production units. 17. Provide managers and specialists of departments with methodological assistance in continuous improvement in the field of occupational health and safety, industrial and fire safety, through consultations, explanatory work. 18. Interact with contractors and subcontractors in the field of occupational health and safety when the latter carry out work at the company's facilities. 19. Providing recommendations regarding the selection, use and maintenance of PPE, work clothes and protective equipment. 20. Carrying out periodic monitoring of the organization of storage and issuance of special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment, the condition of safety devices and protective equipment, as well as the correct spending of funds in the organization's divisions allocated for the implementation of safety and labor protection measures in controlled areas. 21. Providing reports in accordance with established forms and deadlines. 22. Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures based on the results of incident investigations, internal and external inspections and audits. 23. Preparing responses to inquiries and orders of the Company's management and government supervisory authorities. 24. Participation in labor protection, industrial and fire safety inspections conducted by department heads and supervisory authorities at the Company's facilities. 25. Participation in the periodic certification of production facilities for working conditions. 26. Participation in the work on the implementation of the budget of the Occupational Health and Safety Department. 27. Control over the timely performance by the relevant services of the necessary tests and technical inspections of the condition of equipment, machines and mechanisms, compliance with schedules for measuring the parameters of hazardous and harmful production factors, implementation of orders of state supervision and control bodies for compliance with current norms, procedures and instructions on occupational safety and health, occupational safety standards in the production process, as well as in projects of new and reconstructed production facilities, participates in their acceptance into operation. 28. Timely execution of other instructions from senior management within the framework of their professional competencies.

Daily Activities: - Provide day to day supervision of Field HES Representatives; - Provide coaching and mentoring of Field HES Representatives; - “Float” across all work locations to support Field HES Representatives; - Provide HES technical support to Field HES Representatives; - Review Daily Report Register on a daily basis to remain up to date with observations and action items. Weekly Activities: - Lead 1 Toolbox Talk each week – day to be confirmed; - Schedule and Lead weekly HES walkdowns for each work location; - Prepare weekly Summary Report to capture key actions and activities for the past week. Submit to SGE HES Field Advisor; - Lead weekly HES Team meeting each Thursday evening. Obtain status updates on action items from each Field Representative; - Together with Field HES Representative, conduct joint harness inspection with Contractor HES representative; - Conduct a minimum of 1 x JHA/PTW Inspection per week, using SGE-developed inspection form; - Conduct and document bi-weekly inspection of contractor company vehicles, e.g. buses; - Conduct or delegate Transportation Tuesday briefings for SGE drivers each Wednesday morning. - Liaise with Contracts and Procurement Controllership; - Liaise with Contract holders to obtain contractor feedback / close out reports; - Maintain accurate electronic records and database of tender evaluation scores, feedback from Contract holders user groups and HSE performance feedback related to Contractors performance. - Work with KPO Contract Holders to: 1. Facilitate the timely preparation of close-out / feedback reports; 2. Assist the Contractor Support HSE Engineer in promoting improvements in contractor HSE capabilities and systems to the point where full compliance is achieved; - Monitor available statistical data and incident investigation reports to trend performance; - Track Contractor HSE performance through statistical trend analysis.
