Inspection, maintenance and commissioning of GE’s & Alstom electrical machines (GT, ST, Geno) at international customers sites

Commissioning works on the Future Growth Project (FGP) at the Tengiz Chevroil (TCO). As Instrument technician I carry out inspect, calibrate, service, test, commission, install/remove, troubleshooting and repair a range of control and instrumentation equipment and cabling including: - Preparation for inspection and testing by Interpretation and compilation of all engineering documents including datasheets, P & IDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Loop Drawings, etc. - Hands on testing of all types of Field instrumentation including Temperature, Flow, Level and Pressure Transmitters. - Hands on testing of all types of Fire and Gas detectors and panels including setting up of open path flammable gas detectors. - Pre-Commission/Commission Instruments, Process Control and Shutdown Systems including Safety Systems and PLC systems both in field and on mechanical package units. - Full energized loop checks from input device to output device. - Function check of control loops from PCS, SIS & ESD systems. - Fire & Gas Loop device loop checks. - Cause & Effect / Integration testing to all ESD / PSD / SIS / F&G devices. - Assist with raising of PTW, JHA, toolbox briefs etc. - Assist in set up of systems for dynamic commissioning by de-isolations, normalising of controls, temporary overrides reset of trips. - Take operational readings and tuning of controls during dynamic commissioning - Assist in preparation of handover documentation, dossiers, redline mark ups etc.

Maintenance at JSC Caspian Pipeline Consortium - Kazakhstan (CPC-K), Oil Pumping Station Atyrau. Maintenance and metrological support of commercial accounting systems for commercial oil and gas. Control of metrological characteristics according to maintenance schedules. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of oil quantity and quality measurement systems.

Maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment at a gold recovery factory, a thickener, a crushing and sorting complex, a conveyor park. Working with technical documentation: basic electrical diagrams, equipment layout plans, cause and effect diagrams, P&ID. I have experience working with devices and equipment from manufacturers E+H, Wika, Schneider electric, Omron, Lumel, Dragger and others. Skills of working on Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser compressor units, Oximat oxygen generator, Thermofisher conveyor scales, CST Asia, TAC1000 cyanide analyzers, Cynoprobe, Electrophizpribor density meter, Free reading of basic electrical circuits, installation, connection and configuration of pressure, temperature, level, flow, flow, pH sensors of various complexity. The ability to work with a field communicators TREX, process meter Fluke a device for diagnosing FieldCheck flow meters from E+H.
