The main job duties of Senior IT Project Specialist are to: 1. Manage IT equipment installation projects as per KPO standard operating procedures, liaise with Service Support Section Head to arrange priorities. 2. Arrange hardware and software installation according to the defined plans. 3. Perform IT systems update and upgrade tasks. 4. Inform Service Support Section Head and IT Services and Telecommunications Manager in case of significant delays in project plans. 5. Supervise IT Support Specialists activity in accordance with project plans on a day-to-day basis. 6. Liaise with other sections to coordinate intersection projects as defined by Service Support Section Head. 7. Undertake ad hoc projects as defined by Service Support Section Heads. 8.
