The maintenance project manager serves as the primary owner for manages maintenance service projects delivery, and takes responsibility for network security, customer satisfaction, business efficiency and internal control. The maintenance project manager shall ensure the delivery quality, delivery efficiency, and baseline improvement, act as the coordinator with customers in terms of maintenance services, and give support to the FR in CC3. Besides, the maintenance project manager shall deliver high-quality maintenance service to improve customer satisfaction, and ensure stable operation of customer networks to support implementation of installed base operations and growth of service sales.
