1. Prepare and supervise the development of short-term, medium-term and long-term maintenance and repair plans to achieve or exceed the operational performance indicators of technical equipment. 2. Prepare detailed maintenance and repair plans to ensure that equipment repairs take place. necessary spare parts, ancillary equipment, contractor services, tools, personnel and procedures. 3. Assist in the preparation of budgets for short, medium and long term maintenance and repair plans. 4. In conjunction with Sourcing and Suppliers, monitor the availability and delivery of materials required to repair equipment to meet and exceed production and operational performance of equipment and to meet maintenance and repair plans. 5. Define and coordinate service contracts with contractor companies to fulfill short, medium and long term maintenance and repair plans. 6. Identify, articulate and amend the planning process, procedures and software for maintenance with a view to continual improvement. 7. Adhere to Computer Maintenance and Repair Management System (CMMS) standards and procedures.
