● Manage the production of microelectronic and SMD Card, optic, electro-mechanical/electro-optic (including night vision devices, thermal sights), remote stabilized module, APCO25 radiostation production activities with trained and motivated staff of 25 engineers and technicians. ● Ensure optimal tuning of production activities and material flows, resulting in minimum stock and WIP result. ● Continuously review activities to optimize the production and its quality, which makes production cost effective.
