1. Support the development of a predictive and preventative maintenance culture reflecting use of Reliability centered maintenance technology, monitoring, data analysis and RCFA. 2. Support maintenance practices that will focus on reaching operational excellence, and enhance maintenance capabilities to deliver improved equipment reliability, decreasing repair and maintenance costs. 3. Define, implement and promote systems and standards that maximize equipment effectiveness and availability. 4. Drive and promote a continuous improvement culture around asset reliability performance using the DMAIC method. 5. Manage the application and utilization of one or more technologies to include vibration, thermography, UT, Tribology and other condition monitoring technologies as applicable. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve asset reliability issues to meet plant efficiency goals. 7. Provide maintenance strategy and failure data which will help build the production forecast and maintenance budget for the following year. 8. Track the maintenance budget on a quarterly basis to identify improvement opportunities to reduce cost. 9. Monitor and mentor employees and always promote harmonious work environment. 10. Provide positive leadership to the workforce promoting adherence to safety policies. 11. Provide consultation and support to the facility as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of asset reliability, predictive technologies for mechanical or electrical integrity, and root cause failure analysis reporting and corrective actions. 12. Review high-risk maintenance tasks and support oversight and training to minimize risk and failure potential. 13. Provide management with weekly, monthly and yearly asset performance and loss accounting reports or as required. 14. Ensure that communications and reports are timely and efficient with regard to staff, senior management and other groups as appropriate. 15. Work as part of a team to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives and procedures. 16. Fill in for the Asset Reliability Superintendent while that position is off-site as required. 17. Facilitate management and compliance with RoK regulations, statutes and laws. 18. Ensure that the highest safety, health and environmental standards are met or exceeded and promote a culture of awareness and commitment to safe working practices. 19. Identify, implement and promote systems and standards ensuring the most efficient operation and technical suitability of the equipment. 4. Manage the application and utilization of one or more technologies including vibration, thermography scan, UT, Tribology and other devices. 5. Perform and manage equipment monitoring and data analysis to predict equipment failure rates to manage planning and coordination of repairs. 6. Provide a technical analysis of different component of material specifications as required, in order to identify the most suitable components or material for a desired application. 7. Perform Life-cycle cost analysis with the aim of comparing different technical options in regards to LOM cost and provide a recommendation on which option is more cost-effective. 8. Calculate MTBF of equipment components to track reliability performance. 9. Identify and perform equipment reliability improvements to increase MTBF, using continuous improvement methodologies, including but not limited to DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control). 10. Calculate MTTR or maintenance tasks to track maintenance repair performance. 11. Identify and perform equipment reliability improvements to increase MTBF, using continuous improvement methodologies, including but not limited to SMET, TPM, and 5S. 12. Provide consultation and support to to the facilities as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of the assigned predictive technologies for mechanical or electrical integrity compliance and equipment reliability. 13. Study the tasks of high-risk maintenance and to assist in conducting analysis and training to minimize risks and other groups as appropriate. 14. Ensure that communications and reports are timely and efficient with regard to staff. senior management and other groups as appropriate. 15. Work as part of a team to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives and procedure. 16. Participate and successfully pass training or instructional classes as requested by Line Manager or higher management to increase skills, knowledge and performance in assigned technology. 17. To replace colleagues in case of their absence at asset reliability facility. 19. Sulfide plant samples preparation: reception, technological samples registration, samples from filter and finished products, filtration of pulp process samples, drying in electrical furnace, mixing, reduction, pulverizing mill using, screening, allocating the samples by packages, samples transfer to assay; 2. Determination of moisture in filtered samples and finished products; 3. Determination of suspended solids content in thickener sinks; 4. Receiving samples from sulfide plant employees, preparation, allocate the samples by packages, transfer samples for assay; 5. Reception and delivery logging of sulfide plant samples; 6. Preparation of geological samples: reception and registration, weighing of geological samples, drying samples in furnace, crushing of samples on laboratory crushers, separation of samples into rotary and other dividers, pulverizing at eruptions; screening, allocating the samples by packaging, transfer to assay, reception and delivery logging of samples, quality of crushing and pulverizing of samples; 7. Qualitative and timely preparation of samples, introduction of reliable records in journals, the timely transfer of samples to assay; 8. Samples and duplicates keeping compliance with time, timely disposal of samples; 9. Monitor the safety of samples taken to the laboratory; 10. Cleaning of working area, storage rooms for samples; 11. Mastering and introduction of available and new equipment for sample preparation in the production laboratory; 12. Preservation of equipment used for sample preparation, keeping it in good order, compliance with the operating instructions; 13.
