I ran successful advertising campaigns to raise the image and visibility of the Lesnaya Polyana housing estate. The survey showed that 8 out of 10 respondents knew about the housing estate and its unique benefits. I also designed forms for the monthly and quarterly market and competitor analysis report. Together with the department, a scoring model was developed for new projects and replacement plots. Marketing strategies for the new Axioma and 5th Element residential projects were also developed together with the department. Key achievements: ✔ Successful sales launch of the Axioma residential complex (more than 95% of the available flats were sold in 1 year"). ✔ Initiation and launch of promotion of residential properties in social networks. ✔ Optimisation of advertising costs, the cost per application was reduced by 3 times.
